FAQ

General Information

On the premises, there are free drinking water stations available. You are allowed to bring your own empty plastic water bottle (no larger than 0.5 liters), but glass bottles are not permitted. Of course, reusable cups can also be used at the drinking water stations.

  • Treat each other with respect and consideration
  • Follow safety announcements and security personnel instructions. Their directives must be followed.
  • Firefighters, medical services, and police are on-site.
  • If something seems strange, please report it to security personnel.
  • See something, say something.
  • A safety plan has been developed for the event in coordination with authorities.
  • Try to familiarize yourself with the venue in advance (here is a link to the site map) and locate the nearest emergency exit once on site.
  • Drones are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted by the police.
  • The venue is extensive, and it can be a considerable walk to the seating areas. Please wear appropriate footwear.
  • The Promoter holds the house rules on the event site and enforces them through the security service.
  • If you have any questions or problems, you can always contact the security or medical service. Our staff is happy to assist you.

In emergencies, any member of the security service can be contacted or 112 can be called directly.

All found items are kept at the local Munich office. If something is missing, lost property can be collected HERE.

If you feel unwell, threatened, or overwhelmed, please approach the info team or security using the code word "PANAMA." Help will be provided discreetly. A safe space is set up at the western info point, providing a place of calm.

The arena is specially built for ADELE. Please watch your steps. There are some cable channels and a few steps.

If something is not working, please inform the security personnel.

Please only occupy the seats indicated on your tickets. Find out in advance how to get to your seats.

Crowdsurfing or lifting other people onto your shoulders is not allowed.

The arena has a high-quality sound system. However, bringing ear protection might still be advisable.

Heat: August can be very hot. Protect yourself from direct sunlight. Drink plenty of water. There are free drinking water stations . Remember to bring and use enough suncream.

Rain: August can also bring heavy rain. Dress accordingly and note the ban on umbrellas.
The weather can change during the event. Please check the forecast in advance and prepare accordingly.

Severe Weather: A meteorologist is on-site at all times. Follow the information provided in case of severe weather. Please follow the safety personnel’s instructions. If necessary, each visitor will have access to a safe space (tents may need to be closed). The security personnel will guide you to the safe area calmly and quickly.

Tickets

Create a Ticketmaster account if you don't already have one.
Check your account has a valid phone number. You may need to verify this so make sure you have your mobile handy.
Sign in ahead of the sale. You may be prompted to update your password.

Mobile ticket:
Your smartphone is your ticket: Log in to your Ticketmaster account on your mobile phone and show your barcodes at the entrance of the event.

Delivery note:
Only Mobile Tickets are available for the concert.
These will be available in your Ticketmaster customer account starting 3 days before the event.
It is not possible to retrieve your tickets in another format (eTicket, print ticket) or at an earlier stage.

Each ticket buyer may only buy a maximum of four (4) tickets during presale.
Should the number of tickets bought by an individual exceed the maximum number of four (4), the promoter reserves the right of having all tickets exceeding this limit cancelled by Ticketmaster.

How can I buy tickets for the concert?
Tickets can be purchased online in our webshop.

What do I have to consider when purchasing?
You can buy a maximum of four (4) tickets per concert.The tickets are available EVENTIM.Pass. This ticket type serves to combat the "ticket secondary market" and the overpriced resale of tickets. Your tickets will only be accessible via your EVENTIM.app on your smartphone.
Your ticket also includes a ticket for local public transport (MVV).

What are the admission conditions and what do I need to bear in mind?
To use the digital tickets, you need a mobile device and the free EVENTIM.app. The tickets will be made available to you there.

You will need your smartphone with the EVENTIM.app installed at the entrance to retrieve your EVENTIM.Pass. You must be logged in with your EVENTIM account to show the EVENTIM.Pass admission code. You can access an overview of the tickets you have purchased via the "My events" menu item. Please make sure that your smartphone is sufficiently charged.

The tickets are not personalized. 

This event will use mobile tickets, which will be available via your Ticket provider account and the Ticket provider app much closer to the event date. This is to allow time to check that the ticket limits have been adhered to.

Please note that it may take a few hours after purchase for your order to be displayed in your account. Check your email for confirmation.

Tickets can be collected at the Lucky Dip Container under the Messeturm from 2:30 PM to no later than 7:00 PM. This location is on the path between the Messestadt Ost subway station and Entrance 1 / Main Entrance to Adele. The exact GPS location can be found HERE. To collect the tickets, presenting an ID and the order number is essential. Please note that the tickets are non-transferable.

Accessibility

Wheelchair users and handicapped persons with their escort please call +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824 (local rate). Our competent colleagues from the call centre will help you every day from 10 am - 6 pm.

TOILETS:

The event area has barrier-free toilets.

PODESTE: 
Directly in front of the stands in zones 2 and 10 in blocks A1 and A15 are the platforms for wheelchair users, severely disabled persons and their companions. The zone plan can be found HERE
This area can only be used with a corresponding ticket.  

Information on the wheelchair platform:
Wheelchair users and people with other disabilities who have a normal standing or seated ticket do not have access to the wheelchair platform. We would also like to point out that one accompanying person per wheelchair user is allowed on the platform. We also ask the accompanying person to leave enough space for other wheelchair users.
If required, electric wheelchairs can also be charged directly at the wheelchair platform. Please ask our security staff on site. They will be happy to help you.
Please note: You must bring your own charger for the electric wheelchair.

The disabled parking spaces are located on P4. From there, you can access the premises through Entrance 2.

Entry & Security

The protection and integrity of our concert visitors is a key concern for us. Therefore intensive security precautions (such as security checks at the entrance) are still required at all Live Nation events and all visitors will be checked.

Sun protection/rain: It is an open-air arena without a roof. Therefore, take precautions for both sunny and rainy weather, for example sunscreen or rain jackets.

Footwear: When choosing footwear, please bear in mind that the walking distances to the arena can be quite long.

Protect your body:
Wearing protection: Think of your children first. Bring sufficient hearing protection to the concert in the form of ear muffs (so-called Mickey Mouse headphones). Once hearing damage has occurred, it can no longer be cured.
Also think about your ears and take earplugs with you. 

Medication: ACCURATE INFORMATION COMING SOON!

Circulation: Please drink enough fluids and plenty of water. This prevents circulatory problems, overheating of the body and heat stroke.

It is strictly forbidden to bring big bags or backpacks. Only bags up to DIN A4 (21.0 cm x 29.7 cm) are permitted.

Any endangering of other visitors, in particular through "crowd surfing" or the setting off of fireworks such as Bengalos, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion. The ticket loses its validity upon expulsion. The right to re-admission or a refund of the ticket purchase price is excluded.

Bags up to DIN A4 (21.0 cm x 29.7.) are allowed. Additionally we kindly ask you to only bring your essential items to the show such as mobile phones, keys, wallets, small standard power banks as well as any vital medication and cosmetics (no deodorants, perfumes or hair sprays) carried in small bags not larger than DIN A4 (21.0 cm x 29.7 cm).
Unfilled drinking bottles up to 0.5l, PET and aluminum are allowed, NO glass bottles.

The following items are prohibited: 

Professional cameras, audio or video recording devices
- GoPro's, tablet PC's, selfie sticks
- Fireworks, laserpointers, klaxons
- Weapons, knifes, sprays
- Umbrellas, flagpoles
- Bottles, cans
- Food in containers
- Cannabis
- Backpacks, suitcases, big bags (only bags up to a size of DIN A4 are permitted)
- Spiked belts, large chains, wallet chains
- Inline Skates, rollerblades, skateboards
- Bicycles, strollers,
- Helmets
- Pets

The following admission regulations apply to concerts and festivals in Munich: 

Kids under 6 are not allowed to visit the concert. Patrons between 6 and 14 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult chaperon with written permission of the parents.
